Braised winter melon
Overview
Some people like to make soup with winter melon, some people like to eat it boiled, and I like to eat it stir-fried. Served with braised red pepper and sprinkled with green onions, it is full of color and flavor. It doesn't lose its original taste, but also has the sweetness and spiciness of red pepper and the fragrance of spring onions. How can it not be delicious?
