Place all ingredients except butter into bread machine.

When kneading into a ball, add butter, knead until a thin film can be pulled out, and ferment for about 1 hour.

Soak red beans overnight, add water and cook over low heat for 40 minutes. When the water is almost dry, add sugar.

Collect dry water and serve as red bean filling. (If you want to make a fine red bean paste, you can sift it).

After the flour is fermented, break it into small pieces and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Roll it into a shape of beef tongue. Do this 2 times.

Roll into skin.

Add red bean paste.

Just close your mouth.

Place greased paper on a baking sheet and place the buns in it.

Put it in the oven, put a plate of boiling water on the bottom layer, ferment for about 30 minutes, and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, and set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
