  1. Pick, wash and cut the leeks into sections.

  3. Pour oil into a non-stick pan, add eggs and fry until solid and take out.

  4. Add leeks to another pot and stir-fry.

  5. Add eggs and stir fry.

  6. Stir-fry until the leeks are broken, add some salt and mix well.
