Stewed Bedding with Radish
Overview
The steamed scallop meat tastes good when used in stews or cold dishes. It is delicious and fresh. This time I used green radish to go with it and used the steamed scallop soup, which is really fresh.

Prepare ingredients.

Grate the radish and shred the green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry.
