For the first time, I paired garlic and chopped chili with grilled prawns and it was delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean the prawns.
-
Cut out the shrimp gun. Cut the shrimp open in the middle of the back and remove the shrimp line. Don't cut off the bottom skin.
-
Turn the shrimp meat to the left and right sides to make a butterfly shape. Cut the shrimp meat crosswise several times to prevent it from shrinking when grilled.
-
Prepare to chop peppers, mince cheese and garlic.
-
Add butter to pan.
-
Stir-fry the minced garlic until it turns yellow, and add a little salt.
-
Add a little pepper.
-
Spread the minced garlic into the shrimp meat.
-
Sprinkle another layer of grated cheese.
-
Finally add a little chopped chili to garnish.
-
Place on tin foil and place baking sheet underneath. Heat the middle rack of the oven at 190 degrees for about 13 minutes.
-
Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander.
