Apple sweet soup
Overview
The variety of desserts in Chinese food and the exquisite eating methods are probably among the best in the world. The sweets that foreigners make are mostly puddings, or pastries such as cream and eggs. However, each place in China has different characteristics. In addition to candies and pastries, there are also various sweet soups. Cantonese people call it sugar water; people from other provinces collectively call it dessert; and Chaozhou people call it sweet soup.
