Simple Shrimp Wontons
Overview
It takes less than ten minutes to make 1 pound of wontons. The left-hand and right-hand coordination will be quick, and there is no need to wet the bag.

Wash the pork front leg meat.

Wash and peel the shrimps.

Grate the ginger.

Grind very finely.

Grind three cloves of garlic.

Chop the shrimp meat, add minced ginger, minced garlic, salt and cooking wine, mix well and set aside.

Place filling on wonton wrappers. Use your left thumb to peel off the wonton wrapper.

Use your left thumb to press where the wonton wrapper and meat filling connect.

Turn the chopsticks with your right hand.

Use the chopsticks in your right hand to turn 180 degrees from right to left.

Flip the wonton over with the fingers of your left hand.

Press the wonton with your left hand and take out the chopsticks with your right hand.

One wonton is ready.

Place the entire dish in the refrigerator. Take it out and use a spoon or chopsticks to scoop it out and put it into a ziplock bag. If the two are stuck together, gently place them on the table and knock them apart.
