Prepare materials
Beat the eggs, add starch and mix evenly just enough to form a paste
Peel the banana
Cut the peeled bananas into small pieces and put them into the batter evenly.
Control the excess batter and make sure it is evenly coated with bread crumbs
Sit down in the oil pan and pour an appropriate amount of blended oil
After the oil is hot, fry over medium heat, flipping up and down, until golden brown
Use a slotted spoon to control the oil and place on a plate
