Spinach and carrot to eliminate eye fatigue

My eyes get tired easily when I sit in front of the computer every day. In the afternoon, I go home and eat some vegetables that are good for my eyes. They taste good.

Wash the spinach and cut it into segments, wash the carrots and cut them into hob shapes. Place spinach stalks and carrots on a plate. (Fry for a while, then add the leaves)

Place spinach leaves on a chopping board and set aside.

Cut one head of garlic into slices.

Once overheated, pour in the canola oil.

Add garlic slices.

When the garlic smell comes out, add the carrots to fully release the carotene.

Stir fry for a while and add spinach sticks.

Finally, add the spinach leaves, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry a few times and remove from the pan.
