Homemade Tomato Sauce
Overview
Tomato paste is a paste-like concentrated product of fresh tomatoes. It is made from ripe red tomatoes after crushing, beating, removing rough and hard substances such as skins and seeds, and then concentrating, canning, and sterilizing. It is a bright red paste with the unique flavor of tomatoes. It is a distinctive condiment. It can be commonly used as a cooking seasoning for fish, meat and other foods. It is a good seasoning to add color, acidity, freshness and fragrance

Wash the fresh tomatoes and cut the tops into crisscross cuts.

Add to the boiling water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Prepare rock sugar and lemon,

Pour into a soup pot, add half of the rock sugar, and simmer over low heat.

When it becomes thick, add the other half of the rock sugar, stirring frequently to avoid overcooking.
