Prepare the duck blood, sweet potato vermicelli and tofu soak. Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in cold water for a while. Blanch duck blood. (Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell) If you don’t have thick soup stock, you can use Shi Yunsheng stock instead.
