Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced meat and mix well.

Wash and chop leeks.

Put the minced meat and leeks into a large bowl and add an egg and mix well.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, put in an appropriate amount of fillings, and knead it in the middle, leaving both ends (the kneaded area needs to be moistened with water to make it stick).

Put water in a bowl, add some cornstarch and mix well (you can also use pure water).
