Stir-fried cauliflower with tomatoes
Overview
My favorite home-cooked dish, vegetarian stir-fry, light, garlicky, sweet and sour. I’m tired of eating fish during the festival, it’s a delicious appetizer and rich in nutrients. Eating cauliflower regularly has the effects of soothing the throat, moistening the lungs, and relieving coughs. It can also enhance the detoxification ability of the liver and improve the body's immunity. Tomatoes are sweet, sour, cool in nature and slightly cold. They have the effects of producing fluids and quenching thirst, strengthening the stomach and digestion, clearing heat and detoxifying, cooling blood and calming the liver, nourishing blood and increasing appetite.
