【Condensed milk cotton cake】
Overview
In fact, a few months ago, I made a cotton cake. I used butter at that time, and I don’t remember what the situation was. Anyway, the final product shrank after cooling, and then it was shelved and never made again for various reasons. . . Now I finally have time to tinker with it, and I made two in a row. I am basically satisfied with the finished product. The taste is very good ~ another feeling different from chiffon and sponge ~~ Ingredients: 4 eggs, 50g condensed milk, 50g low-gluten flour, 45g fine sugar, 35g corn oil, a little lemon juice
