Overview

The child is clamoring for me to make sushi, so I will satisfy her today. I added a little less vinegar to my sushi and the taste was a little bland.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. I forgot to post the ham sausage and sushi radish.

  2. Cut cucumber and carrot into strips, marinate with sugar and salt.

  4. Prepare the bamboo curtain and put a fresh-keeping bag on it to keep it clean.

  5. Then put the rice and spread it as flat as possible. Place sausage, cucumber, carrot, sushi radish, and meat floss in order.

  6. Squeeze on the salad dressing.

  7. Use a sushi mat to roll it well. It may come loose the first time, but you will get better at it after doing it a few times.

  8. Use a nine-hole knife to cut it, and cut it gently, otherwise it will be squeezed out and it will not look good.
