Braised tofu
Overview
There are many ways to make tofu. Braised tofu is my favorite. It is delicious whether it is eaten hot or cold. I made braised tofu using the leftover soup from braised pig trotters. I added a little seasoning and it tasted very good. You might as well give it a try.
