Lazy version of braised noodles

Lazy version of braised noodles

Overview

Four main ingredients and four seasonings, all of which are indispensable. The thick soup coats each piece of dough with a layer of egg drop and tomato juice, and is paired with coriander leaves, which is sweet and appetizing. The simplest ingredients and the simplest method are most suitable for novice cooks like me who like to cook by themselves but are afraid of the difficulty.
