Ice cream mooncake
Overview
Last year, a friend gave me a box of Haagen-Dazs ice cream mooncakes, and they were really delicious. Thinking about the Mid-Autumn Festival this year, it is not difficult to think of this ice cream. How about making it yourself? After making it, I really feel that it is easy to make, and it is not difficult. As long as you have chocolate and ice cream at home. Make your favorite ice cream mooncakes, and Haagen-Dazs will be a cloud!

Steps
-
The materials are really simple, just two things
-
Put the chocolate in a small pot over water and melt it
-
Take a small spoonful of chocolate syrup and sift it evenly on the mold with a sieve. (Because it needs to be sieved twice, it cannot be too thick. Just make it even and there should be no leaks.) Put it in the refrigerator for 1 minute
-
After sifting for the second time, it will have a certain thickness. Place it in the refrigerator
-
Mash the ice cream into pieces, it is best not to melt, but to do it quickly,
-
Put the ice cream into the mold and compact it. Don't fill it too full, just 80% full (I made two flavors, you can also add your favorite ice cream), then put it back in the refrigerator for 2 hours to make the ice cream hard again
-
After 2 hours, take out the ice cream and seal it with the remaining chocolate syrup (if the remaining chocolate syrup in the middle has hardened, heat it over water). However, the sealed chocolate syrup should not be too hot and should be cooled slightly before putting it on. Otherwise, the ice cream will melt too quickly and it will be difficult to operate
-
It is best to freeze the prepared ice cream mooncakes overnight. If you don’t have time, just leave it for more than 2 hours. It is also very convenient to unmold. In turn, it comes out with just a tap and is ready to eat

Cut into pieces, the thickness of this chocolate is still okay
