Stir-fried pork elbow with pepper

Overview

If you don’t use sharp pepper, it’s too spicy; if you don’t use vegetable pepper, it’s not spicy. Just use peppercorns, slightly spicy and slightly numb, just right.

  1. Wash peppercorns

  2. Sauced elbows are ready

  3. Shred the pepper, mince the green onion, shred the red pepper, and cut the elbow into thick slices

  6. Fry until the peppercorns are broken
