Peel and dice tomatoes

Cut the Longli fish into fillets, add black pepper, starch, salt, cooking wine, and olive oil and marinate for ten minutes.

Chop onions and garlic.

Heat a pan with cold oil (olive oil) and sauté onions and garlic

Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste and stir-fry until pureed.

Basically fry until it reaches the state shown in the picture above and add water.

After the water boils, add the marinated Longli fish and season with salt and sugar.

After the pot is boiled, simmer for ten minutes until the Longli fish is cooked through.
