Crispy bean paste
Overview
I bought a piece of shortening a while ago and planned to give it a try with croissant, but I was too lazy to do it. Until recently, I took out the shortening and saw that it was about to expire!!!... I still didn't want to make croissants, I could only use it to make other simple pastries. If you are afraid that shortening is harmful, you can replace it with butter.
