Dried sweet potatoes
Overview
My son is most afraid of eating things that are too irritating, but I love baking. Every time I bake bread and cakes, I don’t dare to feed him too much. I always make some steamed food to make up for his young heart. Although he is used to this state and never makes a fuss, I still feel very sorry for him from the bottom of my heart. I hope he will grow up quickly and his resistance will be stronger. Dad brought some sweet potatoes from his mother-in-law, which were very delicious, but his son didn’t like potato foods, so he had to cook them in a different way for him. Yesterday I baked this dried sweet potato (the remaining sweet potatoes were used to make sweet potato cakes, the recipe was uploaded yesterday). The whole process was roasted at a low temperature of 80 degrees with hot air circulation, so that it would be gentle and not irritating. It can be used as a snack for the children. It is very good!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash sweet potatoes

The sweet potatoes with their skins (in order to retain their original flavor, so they are not cut) are steamed in a pot. I use an electric pressure cooker to steam them for 6 minutes. According to my own habits, as long as they can be steamed, it will be fine.

Steam, let cool and then peel
-
Cut into strips and place on a baking sheet. You don't need to put oil paper on them. I put them on but it was a little sticky.
-
Cut into pieces and bake in the oven with 80-degree hot air circulation until dry. You can try the taste. I took 7 hours to bake, and the time will increase or decrease according to the temperament of my own oven.

If you want it to be moister, that's it. If you want it to be drier, you can continue to bake it, and let it dry overnight before bagging it.
