Braised salmon "Paper wrapped fish fillet 1"
Overview
The basic concept of paper-wrapped fish is that "it's easy to be lazy", it saves time and is just for convenience! The basic braised flavor is the home-made soy sauce flavor that you will never get tired of eating. The step of frying the fish is omitted, and the dish only takes 10 minutes. The frying aroma is not inferior to the original braised fish at all.

Wash and dry the fish fillets, and apply salt & cooking wine on both sides

Fry the shallots and ginger over low heat (Use a small pot and place it on the stove at a 45-degree angle)

Set the onion and ginger aside, add sugar, soy sauce, and wine and stir-fry while hot, (caramelize~sugar~melt~sauce~oil) until bubbles appear and the aroma becomes fragrant, turn off the heat

Spread the sauce from step 3 on both sides of the fish body

Wrap it in paper, microwave in medium for 4 minutes (or steam for 8 to 10 minutes), take it out and put it on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve.

♥The paper material uses "microwave cooking paper/CookingSheet" or "baking paper/BakingSheet", both of which have a heat resistance temperature of 250゚C. Microwave cooking paper material: silicon; baking paper material: wax. It does not catch fire or stick, and can be used in steaming, baking or microwave.
