Cut green onions into diagonal slices; mince garlic; cut pork into slices; wash green peppers and break into pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in pork slices and stir-fry until they change color. Add green peppers.
