Prepare raw materials, noodle soup, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and pepper noodles, put them in the bottom of a bowl and set aside. Wash vegetables and eggs and set aside.

After the water boils, add the prepared lunch meat, kelp, and dried noodles. (⊙o⊙)…I forgot to take a picture of the noodles!

After the noodles are slightly soft, add the eggs and cook the poached eggs together! When the noodles are almost ready, add an appropriate amount of noodle soup to mix up the seasoning at the bottom of the bowl; add the cooked noodles, then add green vegetables, kelp, luncheon meat, eggs, and then add an appropriate amount of noodle soup and it’s ready😄
