I made the leftover stuffing of beef buns yesterday and added minced vermicelli to make a beef vermicelli box today

Add 3g yeast, 2g baking powder to 200g flour and mix with appropriate amount of warm water to form a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size

Chop the soaked vermicelli with a knife

Pour the minced vermicelli into the beef filling and mix well

Divide the fermented dough into equal portions

Take one and press it thin around it with the palm of your hand, then put in an appropriate amount of filling

Wrap into buns

Put your mouth down

Use your palms to press into a 1 cm thick round shape

Heat oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, then add the prepared beef vermicelli box blank

Fry over medium-low heat until golden brown and then turn over

Fry both sides until golden brown

Burnt on the outside and soft on the inside, mellow and pleasant
