Cut pork belly into small pieces with skin on. 2. Cut ginger into skin, cut onion into sections, whole clove of garlic, 2 aniseed, cinnamon bark and bay leaves. Set aside. 3. Seasoning bowl (2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 4 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, half a bowl of Huadiao wine) 4. Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar and stir-fry the sugar color, add ginger, onion, garlic, cinnamon and bay leaves, then put the sliced pork belly into the pot, add 4 tbsp cooking wine and stir-fry until the surface is slightly brown.

Fry the meat until golden brown and add the previously cooked quail eggs

Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry evenly

Due to time constraints, I used an electric pressure cooker, which took 15 minutes
