Prepare pure milk, yogurt, and sugar.

Before making yogurt, put the glass bottle used to hold the yogurt in boiling water and rinse it thoroughly.

After blanching, take out the inverted bottle and drain the water; (After inverting, put it in a sieve so that there will be no water in the bottle~)

Cut off the milk and pour it into the milk pot.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and cook over low heat until the milk slightly boils and the sugar melts. (Add the amount of sugar according to your own preference)

While cooking, stir constantly with a spoon. Remove the boiled milk from the heat and let it cool until it is not hot to your hands.

Add a cup of yogurt and stir evenly (one cup is exactly 100 grams)

Place in a glass bottle that has been sterilized in advance and is oil-free and water-free.

Place in oven.

Turn on the fermentation function of the oven and ferment for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, the fermented yogurt is white and tender before your eyes!
