Grilled toothpick meat
Overview
My favorite is toothpick meat. I love it no matter what kind of cumin or spicy it is. Traditionally, toothpick meat is over-fried, but if you eat too much fried food, you will always worry about being unhealthy. Then bake it in the oven. The toothpick meat can be fully cooked without a drop of oil. As long as the toothpick meat is grilled well, you have the final say as to what flavor you want. You can add whatever seasoning you like. The one I have today is spiced.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork belly repeatedly.
-
Cut into 2cm square pieces and put them into a large bowl. Don't cut them too small, as the meat will shrink when roasted.
-
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, and salt.
-
Finally, add the chili powder. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the chili powder.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 3 hours. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
-
Soak the toothpicks in water for a few hours in advance so that they won't burn easily once baked.
-
Place the marinated meat on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, do not insert toothpicks first.
-
Preheat the oven in advance, put it in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
-
Take it out and turn it over, sprinkle some powdery seasoning on it, and stick toothpicks into each piece of meat. Putting toothpicks in this step will prevent them from getting blackened.
-
Put it in the oven again and bake for 6-10 minutes, depending on the size of the meat, check if it is done.
