Christmas cookies
Overview
I always find it difficult to make icing biscuits. As expected, this kind of detailed work is really not suitable for me. Hehe, after baking the biscuits, I painted a little bit of icing and I didn’t want to paint it anymore, and I thought the painting was so ugly!

Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature

Add the caster sugar in batches and beat the butter

Add egg liquid in portions

Sift the low-gluten flour into the whipped butter and mix well to form a dough

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour

After taking out the dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin sheet, and use a cookie cutter to cut out the shape

Place into a baking pan lined with greaseproof paper

Preheat the oven and bake on the middle rack at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes

Add powdered sugar to the egg whites in batches and beat with an electric mixer until the frosting is smooth and shiny

Put the icing into a piping bag and draw any pattern you like on the cookies
