Butter roll
Overview
I'm afraid I haven't exercised recently. Yesterday I carried a bucket of water to the balcony to water the flowers, and I bumped a little bit. It seems I need to practice my arm strength. So today I will continue to knead the dough by hand. In fact, after all, kneading the dough by hand is not as difficult as imagined. The cat has kneaded it several times, haha~~~ Today I will make a classic soft bread---butter roll, which has a fragrant aroma and a soft texture. I used light cream instead of milk powder. The milk flavor is stronger and it is worth trying

Steps
-
All ingredients are weighed.
-
Then mix the flour, light cream, salt, sugar, yeast and warm water together. After kneading out the gluten, add the melted butter and continue kneading until a thin film can be easily pulled out.
-
After rolling into a ball, place it in a bowl for fermentation.
-
The dough is ready to ferment at room temperature until it has doubled or 2.5 times its original size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead it back to its original size. After deflation, divide it into 8 small pieces and let it ferment for 15 minutes.
-
Take a dough that has finished fermentation and roll it into an oval shape.
-
Start from the top and roll down.
-
After rolling, roll it into a dough with one big end and one small one.
-
Then start from the smaller end and roll upward.
-
Use your left hand to roll up the dough from the thick end downwards, while your right hand continues to pull the tip of the dough.
-
Place the rolled dough into the baking pan for the second fermentation.
-
The dough is fermented when it doubles in size.
-
Brush with egg wash.
-
Put in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle layer, top and bottom heat, 12 minutes.
