Prepare ingredients: a handful of Sanbaoma conch noodles, an egg, a tomato, and a bell pepper

The bell pepper is cut as shown and divided into three pieces. The bottom is the bell pepper bowl and the top is the lid. The bell pepper meat in the middle can be used as a side dish

Cut tomatoes and bell peppers into small pieces

Cook the conch noodles and set aside (boil in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove from the cold water to keep the noodles elastic)

Boil the conch noodles and set aside on a plate. Beat the eggs, stir-fry and set aside

First put the bell pepper into the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute

Add the tomato particles and continue frying for 1 minute. If it is too dry, add some water

Add the scrambled eggs and continue frying for another minute

Add the cooked conch noodles and fry for 30 seconds

Pour into bell pepper bowl and enjoy
