  1. Soak the soybeans in warm water overnight;

  2. Boil the fermented soybeans in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, remove and set aside;

  3. Peel the green bamboo shoots, wash and dice them; peel and dice the carrots;

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and bamboo shoots and stir-fry;

  5. Add the cooked soybeans and stir-fry evenly;

  6. Add appropriate amount of stock and simmer for 2 minutes;
