  1. Squeeze a cup of beet juice and set aside

  2. Divide the fermented dough into three pieces to make a hat, face, and beard, then place them as shown in the picture, and press the dough slightly to make it fit. Then brush a layer of beetroot juice on the hat and nose. Isn’t it amazing? (For the method before fermentation of the bread, please refer to the carrot bread I made)

  3. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, and keep an eye on it at all times. Cover the hat with tin foil as soon as it gets slightly colored, and cover the beard with tin foil after it's colored.

  4. Make a few cookie decorations and press out the flower shape you like (refer to the method of cranberry cookies. Roll these cookies into thin slices and refrigerate them for 30 minutes)

  5. Place the baking pan at 170 degrees and heat up and down for 10 minutes

  6. The cookies are baked

  7. Arrange everything on the plate and sprinkle with icing sugar to make it look like snow
