Light cheesecake
Overview
I love the freshness and softness of light cheese. Isn’t a piece of light cheese cake and a cup of coffee the most touching afternoon tea on a warm winter afternoon? I happened to make strawberry jam, and it was really enjoyable to pair the two together!

Add cream cheese to milk, heat to melt, and mix together

Put the egg whites in a large bowl, add a few drops of white vinegar, add 20 grams of white sugar in three batches, and beat

Then add the remaining egg whites, pour into the mold, and use the water bath method (that is, place the mold in a pizza pan and then sit in a baking pan filled with water) in the oven at 160 degrees and bake for more than 1 hour
