Overview
It can be said that I grew up eating chopped chili. Whenever the dish is not tasty, I will eat a big bowl of rice with a spoonful of chopped chili. Chopped chili made at home tastes much better than the commercially available ones. Used to enhance color and flavor in cooking.

Cut the zucchini into shreds and salt it to remove excess water.
