Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh the butter and soften it at room temperature.
-
Beat with a whisk on low speed until fluffy. (Three to five seconds is enough)
-
Add caster sugar and powdered sugar all at once.
-
Whip the butter until its volume increases and its color becomes slightly lighter.
-
Add the egg liquid in three batches, adding 1/3 each time. After each addition of the egg liquid, beat until the butter and egg liquid are completely combined before adding the next egg liquid.
-
The whipped butter and eggs are completely blended without separation, making them fluffy and light in texture.
-
Sift the cake flour into the whipped butter paste.
-
Use a rubber spatula to gently stir to combine. (Do not over mix)
-
Put the piping tip into the piping bag (I used a daisy-shaped piping tip), then place the piping bag in a deeper cup, and open the mouth of the piping bag so that you can easily put the cookie batter in, which is clean and will not waste.
-
Squeeze out the cookie dough of the size you like on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, and put it into the preheated oven at 200 degrees, middle layer, with upper and lower heat, for about 15 minutes, and bake until the surface of the cookie is golden brown.
