Tofu curd with sauce
Overview
I have made a similar dish before. Ever since I watched "A Bite of China Season 2", I jotted it down and started cooking it with excitement. The dish is not difficult to make. You can buy ready-made tofu, but you have to make the sauce carefully. Use all the ingredients in the kitchen for seasoning and add a little fish sauce.

Ingredients
- Blanched tofu 2 tablespoons
- Blanched tofu: refined salt 1 tablespoon
- Bowl juice: Sichuan pepper oil 1 tablespoon
- Bowl juice: Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Bowl juice: fine sugar 1 teaspoon
- Bowl juice: light soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- Bowl juice: pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Bowl juice: sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Bowl sauce: chili oil 1 tablespoon
Steps

Use a clean pot to fry the peanuts. After cooling, rub the peanuts with your hands. Twist the peanuts into two sides so that they can be pressed easily and the peanut kernels will not roll around. Cover the peanuts with a plastic bag and crush them with a straight rolling pin;
