Feather pattern cake
Overview
I saw that patterned cakes looked pretty good, so I made one myself. It looked like a feather when it was done. Let’s call it a feather pattern cake!

Put sugar, oil and milk into the egg yolks, soak them first and have them ready for later use

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, make fish eye bubbles and add sugar

When the foam is fine at high speed, add sugar for the second time

Finally, add the remaining sugar and beat until wet, just make a curved hook

Sift in the flour and mix well

Cut the egg whites in 3 batches and mix well

Add a little cake batter and some cocoa powder and mix well

Put the cocoa cake batter into a piping bag

Pour the cake batter into the baking pan to release bubbles. Put the cocoa cake batter into a piping bag and cut a small opening. Then squeeze out a straight line on the white cake batter. PS as shown
