Overview

Some of the molds at home have only been used once and have never been touched again, and some have not been touched yet. They always buy them on a whim, but then put them aside for various reasons! We must completely get rid of these shortcomings. The small egg tart mold I used today was given as a gift when I bought the oven. It is very suitable for making fruit pies today. The size is just right for the little ones at home! So there is no need to buy a mold for making pie or pizza. Again, using the fewest tools to make the best food is what we pursue!

  1. Cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature

  15. Take out the refrigerated dough and divide it into two halves, roll one half into dough

  17. Use the tart mold to print a piece of dough on the dough, then press the edges and bottom with your hands and stick it to the mold

  21. After everything is done, brush with a layer of egg wash

  22. Finally, put it in the oven at 185 degrees, middle layer, for about 30 minutes, until the surface is golden brown!
