Winter warmth: make cartoon chocolate chip cookies together!
Overview
On a cold winter day, it is really a pleasure to make some sweet chocolate cookies with friends. Friends who haven't seen each other for a long time chat about work, life, and laugh together, and it feels like they are back to their student days. We knead, shape and bake the dough ourselves. Rather than enjoying the delicious food, we actually enjoy the process of making delicious food together. For us who have nothing to do during the winter vacation, this is like going out for fun. On a cold winter day, let’s bake together with a few friends!

Put the main ingredients in a basin suitable for mixing dough, and stir evenly (the cocoa powder may condense into small lumps, so be sure to crush it and mix it with the flour).

Add eggs and knead into a smooth dough. A round, chubby little dough ball. Then roll it out on the chopping board into a sheet of about 3cm (I forgot to take a picture of this step￣□￣｜｜)

Carve it into a shape using your favorite mold. The models I use have many shapes, so I won’t take pictures here. You can just choose the one you like.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in the oven, and bake on the middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes
