It is best to cut the potatoes into thin shreds, put them into boiling water and boil them. When cooking, preheat the oil (I forgot to take a photo of this step, please make do with it). Shred the meat into shreds and set aside later.

Take out the shredded potatoes and drain them, fry them in oil pan until golden and take them out. It is best to put them on a plate with coriander as the bottom.

Fry the shredded pork you just prepared. You can add chili or make it lighter!
