Chicken Nuggets in Teriyaki Sauce
Overview
The leader likes to eat meat, so let’s get some chicken nuggets. I originally wanted to make fried chicken nuggets, but they were a little greasy, so I changed my mind and fried them instead. Then I topped them with teriyaki sauce. It’s delicious and healthy, and it goes well with rice.

Cut the chicken legs into pieces, about 2 cm long;

Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and put them in a large bowl. Grasp it with your hands a few times. Add 1 tbsp water and mix well. Then add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch. Stir evenly and place it in the refrigerator overnight or let it sit for about 30 minutes;

Fry in a pan until golden brown, set aside;

In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water or a little more, stir evenly to make a bowl of juice;

Pour the bowl of juice into the pot and cook over high heat until big bubbles form, giving the feeling of a "bubble-top spoon";

Pour in the fried chicken pieces, stir well, and serve on a plate. If you like sesame seeds, sprinkle a little sesame seeds and it is ready to eat.
