Blue mold tart
Overview
I just made Portuguese egg tarts the day before yesterday, but the foodies felt it was not enough and asked to make them again, so this time I changed to blue mold pastry tarts, which are also puff pastry tarts. As for the making of puff pastry, I won’t go into too much detail here. I have already posted about Portuguese egg tarts before. For detailed instructions, please open the “Portuguese Egg Tarts” section of my cookbook, which contains detailed steps for how to make puff pastry.

-
Take a piece of pastry, sprinkle some dry powder on the board, and use a knife to remove the incomplete edges of the pastry.
-
Cut the puff pastry into 8X8 cm squares.
-
Take a piece of dough and fold it diagonally into a triangle.
-
Use a knife to cut each end of the triangle like this, but don't cut it off completely.
-
Arrange the cut dough flat. Turn the small dough piece at one end to one side and align it, and then insert the small dough piece at the other end to the other side and align it.

Plastic surgery is so good.

-
Brush a layer of egg wash on the dough, place it in the middle of the oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
