Mix flour and milk powder. Spare.

If you are making chocolate, replace 10g of milk powder with 10g of cocoa powder.

Soften the butter, add the powdered sugar and egg liquid, and mix. Do not beat, just stir evenly.

Pour in the flour and milk powder (cocoa powder) mixture.

Mix well and knead into dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

After the dough has risen, roll it into a long sheet 0.5 cm thick.

Cut into 1cm wide strips.

Hold both ends of the noodles with both hands and twist them into a spiral.

Brush with a layer of egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in, and bake for 25 minutes.
