Soypot version of spinach and egg soup
Overview
Some people make a boiled version of spinach and egg soup. My grandma loves to make it in a hot pot. When I was a child, I thought it tasted delicious and I didn’t know the craft. But now I fully understand that it is just as simple as boiling it in plain water, but the taste is completely different. Dear, if you like it, you can try it,

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and tear the spinach in half with your hands. (Violent disassembly is my strong point) Crack the eggs into the container and beat into egg liquid for later use
-
Heat oil in a pot and pour in soy sauce
-
Soy sauce will splash out when you pour it into hot oil, so add an appropriate amount of water immediately after adding soy sauce. Then boil
-
When the water is cold, add spinach and cook together
-
Pour the beaten egg liquid into the boiling soup, and then stir quickly with a spoon or chopsticks to break the egg liquid into egg droplets. (In order to take pictures, mine was a little bit poorly beaten, and the egg pieces were relatively large)

It’s no longer an egg flower. For the sake of taking pictures, I decided not to be so perfect. Anyway, it’s the same in my stomach after eating. I hope you don’t mind. Thank you for reading this recipe. If you like it, you can follow me.
