Blanch the willow buds and soak them in super cold water for about 1 hour, changing the water twice in between.

Add appropriate amount of willow buds and squeeze out the water. Chop two cloves of garlic.

Heat a little oil in a wok and fry a few Sichuan peppercorns and a dried chili until fragrant.

Pour the hot oil over the minced garlic.

Add appropriate amount of salt and vinegar.
