Wash the red okra and remove the stems.

Blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes, take it out and let it cool, drain the water and slice it diagonally (I missed the photo, sorry).

Beat the eggs with salt, cooking wine and a little water.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in egg liquid and stir-fry into pieces.

Add okra and stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste (red okra will turn green when blanched).
