Potato Tamales
Overview
In our area, steamed pork is a very common dish, and almost every family makes it. I remember that my grandma used to love making steamed pork with rice flour. I liked the amount of rice flour in it, so it tasted delicious even with rice. Now my mother-in-law also likes to make this dish, but she always adds some potatoes and garlic cloves to it. It tastes very good. When the potatoes and garlic cloves are steamed, they are very pink and delicious!
