Materials are ready. Peel the lilies and remove the roots and black parts. Remove the roots of the asparagus and cut with a diagonal knife.

Blanch the asparagus in a pot, then drain in cold water.

Pour oil into the pot, add lily and stir-fry quickly, then add asparagus;

Stir-fry for about 30 seconds and add a little salt to taste.
